Please join us in welcoming Chef Art Phetsadasack, our new Executive Chef at the Regency Conference Center!
We’re thrilled to announce Art’s arrival at the Regency. An award-winning chef with a long career in the hospitality industry, Art is the former Executive Chef for the Four Points Sheraton - St. Louis, where he helped the hotel win Best Four Points Brand in North America in 2005.
“Art is well-seasoned in high-volume catering and hospitality-specific food and beverage; we celebrate his culinary expertise and creative touch, and look forward to sharing our updated menus soon,” remarked Jim Will, General Manager of the Regency Conference Center.
The Regency specializes in large-scale events, conferences, and weddings, and adjoins the Hilton Garden Inn O’Fallon for a streamlined event experience. With the ability to seat up to 850 guests, the Regency is one of the largest event venues in the area.
